Join us on Sunday, November 16th for our Annual Thanksgiving Dinner for our church family.  This is a great event with a great meal! Come and enjoy being together as a church family.  The dinner begins at 5:30 PM.  The meal will be catered.  Please bring a dessert to share! Randy loves chocolate by the way... :-

Sunday, November 23

WCCC 101 is a one hour gathering for anyone who is interested in becoming a committed member of WCCC, accepting Jesus, being baptized or just learning more about WCCC.  101 takes place on the fourth Sunday of every month during our 11:00 am service in the student center which is located on the second floor. Wednesday, November 19

Join us on November 19th from 6:30 until 7:30 for a Night of Prayer in the main room. We will pray for our church and the ministry year of 2015 as we believe that the best is yet to come for WCCC!

Month of November

During the month of November our Blessing Barrel will be the Dollar Club to provide Thanksgiving Meals for families in our community. What the Dollar Club means is that we are simply asking that everyone in attendance gives an extra dollar each week during the month of November for each member of their family that is with them in attendance each week.  We will use these extra dollars to buy Thanksgiving baskets that include a turkey and all the trimmings for families in need this Thanksgiving.  Simply bring your extra dollars and place them in the Blessing Barrels around the building. Our goal for the Dollar Club this November is to raise $2,000.00 over the course of November!

Sunday, November 30th

Join us beginning on November 30th for our Christmas series. Over four weeks we are going to explore the songs born from our joy that Christ has entered the world. We will look deep into four Christmas carols that have spoken hope, truth and joy for many years and many years to come.

Saturday, December 13

Save the date for this years Breakfast with Santa! There will be free pictures with Santa, inflatables, games, giveaways, a pancake breakfast and much more!  If you are interested in serving at this incredible event please contact Eric (Children's Minister) at Eric@WoodfordCommunity.org.

Sunday, November 30

On November 30th our members will have the opportunity to affirm our budget for 2015 as well as 3 new deacon candidates and 1 elder continuation.  To view a copy of our budget for 2015 and bio's of our new deacon candidates visit the Connection Center kiosk for a copy of those two items.

Sunday, December 21

On December 21st our student ministry will be having their Christmas Party upstairs in the student center during the 9:30 am service!  So if you have a student they will not want to miss this party!  Fun, food, games and prizes. If you have questions please email Raf (Student Minister) at Raf@WoodfordCommunity.org.

Wednesday, December 24

Go ahead and make your plans to attend our Christmas Eve Service this year.  It will be an awesome traditional Christmas Eve service for the whole family. 

Month of December

Our Blessing Barrel for the month of December will be our annual Angel Tree.  Beginning Sunday November 16th you will be able to select an Angel from the tree in the lobby.  The first day to drop off your gifts will be on Sunday December 7th and the final drop off day is December 14th.  If you have questions or need more info please contact Cathie Kendrick at cathie.kendrick@centurylink.com.

Friday, December 5th

WCCC Students (and our adult volunteers) will be hosting a parent's night out to raise money for our summer trips.There is no charge, but we will be accepting donations. This isn't your average baby sitting gig. We have a fantastic evening planned for your kids, including dinner, Christmas crafts, games and activities, and a movie complete with popcorn! Take care of the things you need to do while your kids are having a blast. (We'll even have a special nursery environment for the wee ones.) June 19-28

We will be taking a Mission Trip to Haiti on June 19th - 28th.  We will be having an informational meeting on November 18th at 6:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall here at WCCC.  If this trip is something you think you would be interested in taking with us we would love for you to attend.  If you have any questions feel free to contact Erin Casimir at erininhaiti@gmail.com.
