Mission Groups are a valuable part of our ministry to help hurting youth. Every year we have groups come from across the United States for the purpose of supporting Hope Hill's children.  These groups work on the grounds and facilities, interact with and minister to the youth in our care. Group sizes range from 1-32 and work projects are tailored to your particular groups’ skill level. People young and young at heart are welcome and will be given an opportunity to share their gifts and talents with the youth as appropriate.

 

We are currently recruiting teams to help with the following projects:

 

Chappell House

• Replace Roof

  • Volunteers to tear off old roof and replace

  • Funding needed-cost $5500

• Renovate Staff Office

  • New carpet or flooring

  • Paint

  • Built in shelving and totes to organize

  • Materials will cost $800

• Paint Outside Trim

  • Materials will cost $500

• Assemble Outside 8x10 Storage Building

  • Materials will cost $900

• Seal Driveway

  • Materials will cost $300

 

McCarty House

• Landscaping

Around the Farm

• Build Doors for 2 Barns

  • Materials will cost $600

• Repair Fencing on Farm

  • Materials will cost $700

• Cut Firewood for Fundraising and Rice Center

  • Little/No Cost (Chain Saws Needed)

 

Weekly Needs

• Volunteers for Garden

  • Planting/Weeding/Tilling/Harvest

 

Possible Large Projects

• Move Chapel to new location (pending)
