As a platinum sponsor, your company logo will be listed on all marketing materials (print & online), your company name will be highly associated with the event, and you will be allowed 1 complimentary team. In addition, you can select one of the following opportunities:

• Lunch: Lunch will be held for all event attendees from 12:00 – 1:00. You will have the opportunity to address the crowd with a short introduction of your corporation during lunch, as well as have an exhibit table in the lunch tent. Branding opportunities during lunch are unlimited. Bring a tent with corporate branding; provide branded napkins, cups, and plates, even aprons for the catering staff. Place signage and banners throughout the lunch area.

• Awards Reception: The awards reception will begin as soon as Flight 2 has finished (expected 3:45 – 4:45). You will have an opportunity to address the attendees, thanking them for their participation and introducing your organization. You are welcome to provide an exhibit table, signage, branded cups, napkins, etc. We will work with you to make sure it is a great reception.

As a gold sponsor, your company logo will be listed on all marketing materials (print & online) and you will be allowed 1 complimentary team. In addition, you can select one of the following opportunities:

• Golf Cart: Sponsor the event transportation and each golf cart can be branded with your corporate logo, placing large magnets on the hood of the cart. (Magnets to be provided by sponsor)

• Trophies: Sponsor the trophies and you will have the honor of presenting the top prize, as well as including your logo on each trophy.

• Goody Bags/Ear & Eye Protection: Provide branded bags that will contain the eye and ear protection for each team as well as other goodies donated by event supporters

As a silver sponsor, your company logo will be listed on all marketing materials (print & online) and you will be allowed 1 complimentary team. In addition, you can select one of the following opportunities

• T-shirt: Your company’s name and logo will be printed on the sleeve of the tournament t-shirt.

• Ammo: Each participant will receive 5 boxes of ammo, as the sponsor; you can brand each box with your corporate logo.

• Beverages/Hospitality: Provide beverage cart or hospitality tent to keep participants hydrated. Brand the water bottles with your corporate logo.

• Scorecards: Your company name and logo will appear on each sporting clays score sheet (1 per team)

 

Bronze Sponsor - $1,500

As a bronze sponsor, your company logo will be listed on all marketing materials (print & online) and you will be allowed 1 complimentary team. In addition, you can select to sponsor one of our side games by providing signage in the area and any prizes or gifts to participants.

As a station sponsor, your company logo will appear on a sign of the station, which you sponsor, and on event materials (online & print).

 

Exhibit Booth - $500

As an exhibitor, you will be able to host a table in the main event area where you can display company information, give away goodies and network with attendees. Exhibitors are responsible for all exhibit materials, equipment and furniture.
